It was Saturday around noon and we were in need of some solid hangover food. Lucky for us Pharoah's has some of the best Mediterranean food in the Fayetteville area. This place is in a small strip mall / shopping center with plenty of parking. The exterior has a couple tables for patrons wanting to dine outdoors. Walking in you immediately see the menu and ordering register. Towards the right is a large dining area and further back sits a small market where they sell canned products, hookahs and other dry goods. BUT, back at the register we decided to go for the Chicken Shawarma and Gyro Wraps + French Fries. We also got sides of their garlic sauce and hot sauce for some additional jazz. Food was made fresh after we ordered and delivered to our table piping hot. The wraps were massive but my intense hunger didn't flinch. We scarfed down the wraps at lightning speed leaving the fries lurking in the trays. Don't worry though, we took good care of them too. Needless to say, our bellies were satisfied and we had made yet another epic lunch decision. I suggest you make this smart decision the next time hunger strikes, and of course drop a thumbs up on this review for sharing this insightful experience

We were here on Monday, April 13 for lunch while traveling back to New York. We live in New York City where we have tons of Mediterranean food, but I have to say this place was so delicious. I suggest that whenever you’re in the Fayetteville North Carolina area you definitely stop to eat here. Sorry, no pictures. I ate too fast to remember to take them.

Listen to me carefully: my man and I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes all the way from Florence just to try something new, and we accidentally stumbled into the ultimate Saturday jackpot. First off, the vibe inside is beautifully unhinged. They have two TVs going simultaneously,(one playing Little House on the Prairie and the other broadcasting high-speed chases on Cops). The ambient entertainment alone deserves a Michelin star. We started with the Tzatziki dip and bread. Creamy, fresh, immaculate. Then I ordered the Mixed Kofta Kabob Platter (and yes, I aggressively swapped the salad for more bread because I have my priorities straight). The meat was seasoned to perfection. My man ordered the 12" Pharaoh's Steak Philly Style. Hold onto your hats. I took one bite and my soul temporarily left my body. No one—& I mean NO ONE—has ever made a Philly taste this legendary. For context, I am a food lover. The #17 on rosemary Parmesan at Jersey Mike’s used to be my undisputed cheesesteak. Pharaoh’s just demoted Jersey Mike's to second place without a shred of mercy. This Pharaoh's Philly is the undisputed Number 1 in South Carolina.i would drive this far again for this sandwich! I am genuinely shocked that people aren't busting the walls down with a line stretching out the door for this sandwich. To make this entire location even more lethal to your wallet and your weekend plans, there is an antique flea mall right next door, and a donut shop right next to that;all on the exact same sidewalk! Eat the best Philly of your life, walk it off browsing vintage treasures, and grab a sweet treat to go. Do yourself a massive favor: grab the fam and Come and Dine! I would gladly burn another tank of gas and drive 90 minutes all over again just for this strip of sidewalk. 10/10. (Put 2 spoons in your pocket for when you get to the donut shop)

Excellent customer service. We went during lunch hour and it was pretty busy, mostly take out orders. The food was delicious. A little hidden jewel in the Hope Mills area. I highly recommend this place. Nice sit down atmosphere 😊 …

One of our favorite Mediterranean restaurants! Tried and true for years. Their food is always on point! Chicken shawarma is perfect, beef kebab platter is delicious, the kid’s chicken kofta is a favorite. The serving sizes are VERY generous! Oh, and the garlic sauce — impeccable! Their Turkish coffee and mint tea is also delicious. The service is friendly and fast. I also love their to-go station set up, just wish they would move away from styrofoam containers, or provide parchment paper to line them. Otherwise, we will keep coming back and supporting this restaurant!

I have never had a gyro but my husband got the lamb and the smell alone made us come back the next day. I got the chicken gyro and it had to be the most flavorful wrap I’ve ever had! The food is outstanding and the staff super friendly and helpful. Will be coming back!!

Had the lamb gyro with fries. Absolutely incredible! 💯 Best gyro I've ever had. Staff were friendly and courteous. Highly recommend Pharaoh's Village! Update 6/17/25 Had the lamb gyro and fries again today. Still incredible! I asked to speak with the owner and shared with him how it's such a treat every time my family dines at Pharaoh's Village. I've never been disappointed here. Update 10/20/25: once again enjoyed an outstanding meal at my go to place for a gyro and fries!

pharoahs village is a great place for mediterranean/middle eastern food! such great value for your money. the staff was super friendly and willing to assist. i got the chicken shawarma platter which came with chicken, pita, veggies, and side salad. they give you the option to sub the salad for fries, extra pita, or extra rice. the platter was so good! chicken was juicy and seasoned well and the combination of everything together was magnificent. super filling for only $15. i also ordered a side of falafel and those were tasty as well. i should’ve ordered the smaller portion rather than the large one! the atmosphere is that of a typical mom and pop shop. nothing fancy and it was a little warm in there. probably due to the kitchen in the same room. would definitely come again in the future.
